Video Presentation Proposal Form

Deadline for submissions: June 26 2023 (final version show submissions ABSOLUTE LATEST by July 10, 2023)

All programs will be reviewed for appropriate length and content. This will be a curated theater. Due to time constraints, not all submitted material may be shown. Only current NSA members are eligible for awards.

Formats
The preferred method of submission is via Youtube. Enter the URL of your uploaded Youtube video in the form below. You may upload your work to Youtube as an unlisted video if you do not wish to make it visible to others. Files may also be sent via internet file sharing sites such as dropbox.com, wetransfer.com, Google drive, etc. File transfers should be sent to . Presentations may also be submitted for consideration on DVD/Blu-ray and Flash Drive. You MUST have the rights for all music and imagery in your presentation. Use of copyrighted material may prevent your work from being shown.

The following 3-D layouts are accepted
Side-by-side (squeezed or full) Left on left. Over/Under (squeezed or full) Left on top.

The following resolutions are accepted
SD 480p(640x480 or 720x480), HD 720p (1280x720), HD 1080p (1920x1080), XGA (1024x768), SXGA+ (1400x1050)

The following file compressions are accepted
MPEG4, XVID, h264, WMV, MPEG2

We will also consider unencrypted 2K 3-D DCP (Digital Cinema Package) for projection. These should be submitted on NTFS formatted flash or hard drives and conform to the SMPTE standard at 24FPS.

Note: We require video files - we will not accept entries in executable formats

Technical Information

• Projection will be via two Optoma EH501 5000 lumen DLP projectors with circular polarizers in sRGB mode.
• Native Resolution is 1920x1080. Screen size is 16'x9'.
