Please Note: All Buffet Lunches, Wednesday 50th Anniversary Party Dinner and Saturday NSA Awards Banquet must be registered for and paid for by July 12. Lunches and Dinners will not be for sale on-site.

Deadlines

Early registration pricing: June 24, 2024 (online, or postmarked by this date)
Pre-registration closes: midnight EDT July 12, 2024 for both online registration, and for receipt of mailed in reservations.

You can advance register for the Convention, dinner/breakfast events, and excursions in two ways: online or by mail.

Online

Register online at whoscoming.com/nsa (through July 12, 2024). Just sign on, choose 2024 3D-Con Registration, click your choices, and indicate how payment will be made. If you registered online for past conventions, you are already in the system. If you decide to pay with PayPal, you will be taken to PayPal's site and asked to enter credit card information (or you can use your own PayPal funds). You don't have to have a PayPal account to pay online. PayPal is simply a credit card processor. When you register online, you'll get a confirmation email, as well as a reminder email shortly before the convention.

Via Mail

Download the NSA 2024 registration form below, fill it out, and mail it in. If you choose the mail option, you still have a choice of making payment either by check/money order or electronically through PayPal. Details are on the form.

There will be a President's Breakfast this year on Sunday, July 28 at 8:30 AM at the back of the Mezzanine, where breakfast and Kickback are located. There is no additional charge for this event. Those registered at the Drury Inn will get their breakfast from the buffet and bring it to roped off area for our group. Those not registered with the hotel are more than welcome to join us but will bypass breakfast from the buffet.

Please note: Credit cards, cash and personal checks will be accepted for on-site Registration and Excursions.

Our refund policy is as follows (refunds will be made after the end of the Convention):

  • Registration
    • Cancellation received before July 1 - fully refunded
    • Cancellation received on or after July 1 & before July 12 - registration fee minus $20 administration fee
    • Cancellation received July 12 or later - no refunds
  • Meals
    • Fully refunded before July 12
    • No refunds July 12 or later
  • Excursions
    • Fully refunded before July 12
    • No refunds July 12 or later.
